In this individual retreat, you gently explore your inner world, embrace acceptance, cultivate peace of mind, and connect with your authentic self.

It's a trip just for yourself that you've always wanted to take.

By quietly observing more consciously, you become calmer inside and start to perceive the world differently: you become aware of how your body, thoughts, and feelings react.

When your thoughts stop chattering, your inner wisdom awakens. The issues of the day slowly dissolve and you begin to see things more clearly. Things you already knew become clear and the choices you want to make become easier. Your feelings become calmer because you pause to listen to them. Your heart naturally opens more and more, allowing love to flow again.

Meditation during a retreat offers a powerful opportunity to leave your daily worries behind and focus entirely on self-care and inner growth. This allows you to create a space of peace and quiet in which you can rediscover yourself and experience a deeper connection with yourself.

During the retreat, you will embark on an inner journey of discovery and reconnect with your deeper wisdom and intuition. It will enable you to grow at your core and shape your life more consciously as a result.
By stepping out of the daily straitjacket of habits and patterns, you will make a more authentic connection with your true self. The obligations and responsibilities you carry can cause you to lose touch with your deeper being, putting you on autopilot. A retreat helps you step off autopilot, allowing you to regain control of yourself and your own life.

Inclusief:

  • Stay overnight in one of our double rooms
  • Your bed will be made for you and towels will be provided
  • Follow your own morning ritual; we are happy to help you with yoga/Pilates-like exercises, simple fitness exercises, and meditation classes
  • Personal one-on-one sessions to make a shift in your personal growth and development
  • Plenty of space and time for yourself to fully recharge and fill these days with whatever comes to mind. Do nothing, or do whatever you feel like doing. Create space for new insights and let your creativity flow again.

By participating in a retreat, you detach yourself from the constant stream of distractions and responsibilities around you. You can focus entirely on your own thoughts and feelings. This creates space for real questions such as:

What does the individual retreat program look like?

Choose your own length of stay and enjoy an experience tailored entirely to you

The individual retreat stay is completely tailored to you; you decide how long you want to stay. The minimum stay is two full days, i.e. three nights. You decide the length of your stay, which can be four or five days, a week, or even a month. You know what feels right for you and what you need. You will have time to come home to yourself. This will create peace and space for you to turn your gaze inward for self-exploration and spiritual growth.
The program is roughly as follows:

Arrival:
The first day is the day of arrival. You can settle in and look around where you will be staying for the coming period. Depending on your arrival time, we can have a meal together.

Following days:
Until 10:00 a.m. - Morning program
10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. - Breakfast
11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - l'Après-midi
3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Tea time
4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Fin d'après-midi
7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. - Dinner
8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - La soirée

Departure day:
After breakfast, we say goodbye to each other and you return home feeling very satisfied. You have gained a loving experience for yourself that you will never forget.

Explanation of the parts of the day:

We will discuss how to structure the day together. For some people, it is wonderful to start the morning quietly, while for others, this is better done at the end of the day. We will discuss and explore with you how you can best relax, so that you can completely unwind. We will help you to achieve and maintain a state of deep, mindful presence. Meditation is the practice of being present in the moment. Once you gain insight into how to be fully in the here and now, the practice of meditation becomes unnecessary.

The parts of the day: Morning program, Afternoon, Late afternoon, Evening:
Meditation, mindfulness, (silent?) walk, yoga-like exercises, breathwork ‘release’, meditation in motion, sitting meditation, body and energy work, meditative gardening, a personal one-on-one session, or a free afternoon/evening that you can fill in yourself.
