Performing a lot or being liked

In the coaching process, we assume that lac of self-confidence at its core is caused by a deep-seated belief that you are not okay the way you are.

We almost always see two strategies developed to deal with this:

  • Performing a lot: from the idea that you are okay once you perform a lot.

  • Being liked: from the idea that you are only okay once others find you okay.

Unfortunately, these strategies work quite nicely. For a while, they give the idea that you are worthwhile. In the long run, more is always needed. More good performances and more admiration from others. It is never enough and it is always hard work to make sure you feel a bit okay.

Coaching self-confidence is a process where we help you increase your self-confidence. This can be done in several ways:

By making you aware of your strengths

By helping you break through limiting beliefs

By teaching you to deal with situations that make you insecure

    Individual training covers 5 sessions of at least 1 hour by appointment.

Can training courses be reimbursed by a health insurer?

No, the training courses are not reimbursed.

What is the age of people applying?

Most people in our pathways are between 25 and 65, but that does not mean it is ‘not for you’ if you are older or younger. Most importantly, you want to learn something and look at yourself. In our experience, age doesn't matter and soon falls away.

What is the best way to sign up?

After viewing the site and feeling that this training suits you, you can sign up as follows:

  • You register directly, we will receive your application and then contact you to schedule the first session. The next sessions are scheduled in consultation and are often every two weeks.
  • You have some questions and want to discuss them before your registration. You can contact us by phone or request a phone call session. We will be happy to answer your questions.
  • You have several questions or are unsure whether a training course is suitable. Then you can request an intake session, in which there will be enough room to discuss all your questions.
